The "Case Studies" section of the forum is designed to provide the teachers, attending the BEHAVE training courses, with a virtual space where they can identify and share the case studies that they want to work on. Teachers involved in the training can add topics here about students with difficult or challenging behaviours. Then, during the course, the trainers will review some cases for school teams and will present them with suggestions to develop an intervention plan that will be carried out with the support of the BEHAVE application. At the end of this process, data gathered with the BEHAVE application could be anonymously published in the HUB as an ongoing record of good practice, helping the widespread scientific and educational sharing of open data.

Please use the following steps to add a case study:
1. Click on "new topic".
2. Insert a 'nickname' of the student in the field "subject". Do not use 'nicknames' that may disclose the real identity of the student. Remember that you are legally responsible for what you write!
3. Copy and paste the following structure of the case data into your topic:

Nickname
Age
Sex
Disorder
Comorbid disorder (or co-existing condition)
Brief description
Place
Setting
Measure
Hypothesis of Intervention (Describe the desired results you want from the intervention)

Attendees can fill in these identified categories, with the appropriate data of the student which you want to work with. You will be able to fill in the fields "Measure" and "Hypothesis of intervention" only after having discussed the case with the trainers.
