Type of behaviour/diagnosis (disorder):
ADHD diagnosis – medicated

Comorbid diagnosis (disorder): SEMH and Cognition and Learning – SEND and Speech production difficulties

Context and setting:
• Whole class and group learning
• Personalised space and learning programme
• 1:1 support in class

• Break and Lunchtimes – social interaction and intergration difficulties

Describe behaviours:
• Emotional outburst of crying, shouting and tipping up furniture, throwing books and classroom equipment
• Walking out of classroom and refusing to return. Hiding so not to be seem
• On playground difficulties socialising with peers, unable to take turns, wanting to control games – if things don’t go his way he will walk off playground go into classroom possible showing some of the about behaviours
• When challenged he can hit out – punching, spitting at adults or pushing peers
• Refuses to take part in whole class activities and prefers to be on own completing tasks of his choice
